02Return & Exchange Process
According to the regulations, a return or exchange can be requested under the following specific guidelines and scenarios:
Quality Problems of Goods
Any manufacturing defect or standard quality compromise found upon receipt.
Assembly Failure
Bracelet-type assembly structure is not solid or fails structurally, directly affecting the usage of the piece.
Precious Metal & Inlaid Mismatch
Precious metals, jewelry, and its inlaid products do not match the invoice or jewelry tag labeling grade.
Complete Package Returns
All original accessories, manuals, invoices, shopping vouchers, packaging, merchandise, and bundled gifts must be returned.
Designated Address Mailing & Refund Timeline
All items must be mailed back with original packaging and gifts (if applicable) to our designated address. A refund will be transferred to your payment account within 7 to 10 working days.
Delivery Fees and Taxes
Customers shall be responsible for any delivery fees, shipping costs, and taxes incurred for the returned product(s).
03Reasons for Non-Returnable Goods
Please note that items matching any of the following cases are not returnable or exchangeable:
Accidental & Wear Damage
Wear jewelry accidentally causing discoloration, spots, pollution, fracture, deformation, cracking, loosening, falling stone, or the appearance of scuff marks.
Personalized Customizations
Personal customized goods cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique tailored nature.
Beyond the Return Window
Requests made outside of the standard return periods (7 days for returns, 14 days for exchanges).
Non-Quality Issues
Any other subjective reasons that do not pertain to the core quality or craftsmanship of the goods.
Impact on Secondary Sales
If the goods have indeed been used and the condition affects secondary sales, the consumer must bear the corresponding risks and responsibilities.
Earrings & Hygiene Products
In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or refunds on earrings and foot care accessories unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.
